Who we are

Travis Callahan is operated by Travis Callahan, with offices at [address — to be added]. In these terms, "Travis Callahan," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Travis Callahan. "You" means anyone visiting or buying from north-grade.com.

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under that account. If someone else uses your login (with or without your permission), purchases made under it still count. Don't share credentials.

You can delete your account anytime by emailing coreoperations.co@gmail.com.

Pricing and orders

• Prices on north-grade.com are in US dollars and don't include shipping or sales tax. Final cost is shown at checkout.
• We try hard to keep prices and product info accurate, but typos happen. If we list a product at a wildly wrong price (e.g., a $60 boot listed at $6), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy — it's only confirmed once you get our confirmation email. We can decline orders we suspect are fraudulent, intended for resale, or otherwise outside normal customer behavior.

Availability

Inventory is real, not theoretical. Occasionally an item shows in-stock when it's actually sold out (sync issues happen). If we can't fulfill your order within 5 business days, we'll email you with the option to wait or get a refund.

Product descriptions and photos

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colors may render slightly differently across screens — your monitor settings affect how things look. Material textures and finishes can vary subtly between batches (especially leather, which has natural variation). We consider this a feature, not a defect.

Sizing

Footwear and apparel sizing follows US conventions. Fit notes on each product page describe whether the item runs small, large, or true to size. We provide size charts where applicable. If you're between sizes, our product pages tell you which way to go. If your item doesn't fit, see our Return & Refund Policy for exchange options.

Intellectual property

All content on north-grade.com — text, photos, logos, designs, page layouts — is owned by Travis Callahan or licensed to us. You can:

• View it, print it for personal use
• Share product pages on social media with credit

You can't:

• Copy our product photos or descriptions to your own site
• Use our logo or brand name on other products
• Scrape the site or use automated tools against it

Prohibited uses

Don't use north-grade.com to:

• Attempt to break, hack, or stress-test our infrastructure
• Submit false information, fraudulent payment methods, or other people's payment info
• Resell our products at scale without a wholesale agreement (email us if you want to talk wholesale)
• Harass our staff in support tickets or reviews

We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

Travis Callahan sells men's footwear, apparel, and accessories. We don't make medical, safety, or performance claims. Our products are intended for normal everyday use as described on each product page. If you use a Travis Callahan product for something we didn't design it for, you do that at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Travis Callahan's total liability for any claim related to a purchase is capped at the amount you paid for the product in question. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [state — to be added], United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in state or federal courts located in [state — to be added].

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to registered customers and posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
