Return & Refund Policy

We want you to actually like what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how to send it back.

The short version

  • 30 days from delivery to start a return
  • Items must be unworn outside, in original packaging, with all tags attached
  • Free size exchanges within 30 days (footwear)
  • We pay return shipping if it's our mistake; you pay if it's a change of mind
  • Refunds hit your card within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return

Footwear-specific rules

Footwear returns and exchanges are common — we get it, sizing varies between brands. To keep this fair for everyone:

  • Try shoes on indoors only. Carpet, hardwood, or a clean surface. The soles need to look unused.
  • Original shoebox required. Don't use it as the shipping box — pack it inside another box.
  • Shoes worn outside cannot be returned. Even minor scuffs on the sole or insole disqualify a return.
  • If your shoes have a defect (stitching issues, sole separation, etc.), email us with photos within 7 days — we'll replace at no charge, no need to send the defective pair back.

How to start a return

Email coreoperations.co@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number (starts with #NG — it's in your confirmation email)
  2. Which item(s) you're returning
  3. Whether it's a return or size exchange
  4. A one-line reason (helps us improve)

We'll reply within 24 business hours with a return shipping label and instructions. Don't ship anything back before getting that email — packages returned without authorization may not be processed.

Size exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size and the shoes are unworn (soles unmarked, original packaging intact), we'll send a size exchange and pay for return shipping. One free size exchange per order. After that, return shipping is on you.

What qualifies for return

Yes: unworn items, original packaging, all tags attached — pristine condition.

No:

  • Items showing wear (we can tell, and so can the next customer)
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Final-sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Gift cards

Who pays return shipping

Situation Who pays
Defective, damaged, or wrong item sent We do. Free return label.
Size exchange (first one per order) We do. Free return label.
Doesn't fit your needs, you changed your mind You do. We'll deduct $5.99 from the refund.
Subsequent size exchanges on the same order You do. $5.99 return shipping.

Refund timing

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we inspect it within 2 business days. If everything checks out, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Most banks post the refund within 5–10 business days after that.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damage (the item and the packaging it arrived in)
  • Your order number

We'll send a replacement at no charge — no need to return the damaged item unless we specifically ask.
