Shipping Policy
Thanks for shopping with Travis Callahan. Here's exactly how shipping works — no fine-print games, no vague language.
Processing time
We process orders within 1–3 business days of when you place them (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.
You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking the moment the carrier scans the package.
Where we ship
Travis Callahan currently ships within the United States (all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses). We don't ship internationally yet.
Carriers and transit times
We use USPS and UPS depending on package size and your address. Transit times below are business days after processing:

These are estimates. Carriers occasionally run slow during peak holiday periods (mid-November through December). We'll keep you updated if anything looks off.
Tracking
Every order gets a tracking number — it's in your shipment confirmation email. You can also find it in your account at north-grade.com if you created one at checkout.
If your tracking hasn't updated for 3+ business days after shipment, email us at coreoperations.co@gmail.com and we'll chase the carrier on your behalf.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
We've all been there. Here's how we handle it:
- Tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it. Check with neighbors and your local post office first. If still missing after 48 hours, email us — we'll file a claim and either resend or refund.
- Package arrives damaged or product arrived with defects. Take photos before doing anything else, then email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
- Package lost in transit (tracking stalled 7+ business days with no movement). Email us — we'll file with the carrier and ship a replacement immediately.
We cover the cost of resends for carrier-side issues. We don't charge you twice.
Address issues
If you entered a wrong or incomplete address and the package gets returned to us, we'll email you to confirm the correct address. You'll be responsible for the cost of reshipping (typically $5.99). If you'd rather refund the order, we'll refund the product cost minus the original shipping charge.
